Good Counsel Camp

Off-season camping is available for groups from 10 to 100 people. The main camp consists of a dining hall, cabins, showers, chapel and various accessory buildings. The pool is not open during the off-season, however, the lake is suitable for canoeing, boating and fishing. Our canoes and kayaks are free to use as long as your request is submitted prior to your arrival. We also offer our volleyball court, basketball court and low ropes course as additional recreational activities. We can arrange ropes course instructors to facilitate the building of community, trust and teamwork. The camp facilities are available for day use, overnights, weekends, and longer stays. The environment at Good Counsel Camp is ideal for youth and young adult retreats, days of reflection and parish picnics. Various meal packages are available with day and weekend rates. All reservations must be sent to Stephen Watkins at the camp business office with the appropriate deposit amount.
